The wisdom of deep listening

The listeners of God
We speak to each other in the tongues of man
To share the word of truth
Love.
Love one another without fail.
Love one another while including your wail.
Love one another when it is hard,
To trick the mind to stay still and come
In command of the heart.
Give your gaze over to the frequencies that created trees, butterflies, hummingbirds, the moon, stars, and our blazing sun.
Bow down your head and judgements, as you do not have to guess,
You are not alone.
Lift your chin and let out a throat cry.
Your voice to speak the great gusts of wind.
If you remember
And do not refuse
Refuse the heart
or instead feel the choke,
the yoke of never ending despair.
Say NO!
I will not fall for your trappings that ask me to steal, hate, curse, and condemn
I will fight instead to hear the voice of God through the instrument of my heart.
I will listen deeply without fail even when I hear nothing
I will breathe deeply to expand the cavity of my chest that cages flexibly my special heart.
I will tell her to
just breathe,
Don’t stop the pumping of your heart.
Don't prevent the oxygenation of your flowering lungs
Likes roots of a tree spreading out and opening up
Like seeds in the wind,
Surrender.
When we see and hear each other,
we can be distillers of wisdom
And hear the voice of God in the voice of each other.
We can hug and delight in the ease of love.
