Service Description
Reserve your ticket and you will receive a zoom link. Please arrive on time. Please arrive prepared in your sacred space with the camera on (although lights can be dimmed) and your microphone muted. As facilitator I will be watching the room and securing that it is a safe confidential space. The idea is to have your individual experience held within a larger field. Camera should be positioned where I can see your whole body. You will lie down for the breath work. Helpful supplies: comfortable mat, pillows, blanket, meditation cushion, journal, headphones, comfortable loose clothing. Class format: 5 minute silent entrance. Chat is open for prayers and intention share. 10 minute guided moon resonant meditation and chakra cleanse 35 minute guided breath work session accompanied with carefully selected music to journey with spirit 10 minute journaling practice, grounding, or meditation with gentle music. I will announce the timing and you will choose what serves you best. Room will be closed automatically at the end of the final 10 minute resting period. Plans can change, and I understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your class. In case of a cancellation, 24-hour notice is required to get a refund, or your ticket fee will be applied to a future class. In case of an emergency, please contact me directly.
