Service Description

Fascia is our connective tissue that can stiffen and bind preventing good circulatory health and function of our body posture, mobility, organ function, and access to our emotional wellbeing. This massage works with fascia, trigger points, origin and insertion of the muscle head, joint mobility, upper belly and lower belly massages. This technique is done on the massage table with small a bathing suit and involves Gua Sha, cross fiber friction, trigger point release, alignment stretches, and mobility stretches.
