Service Description
Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork based on concepts in traditional Chinese medicine such as Qi meridians. It is a diagnostic treatment that assesses the energy levels of the organs and elements in your body. Using light and bold meridian pressure via the thumbs the acupressure practice stimulates stagnate Qi. Mobility stretching provides lymphatic strength, energy balancing, and mobility. This technique is done on a floor mat with loose fitting clothing. Practitioner using thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to access the meridians. Good for support energetic healing and emotional rebalancing.
