DATE/TIME Meets Every Thursday Night 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time FIRST TIME ATTENDEES First Thursday of each month FOCUS AREAS "When someone really sees you deeply, in those moments your heart opens." -- Thomas Huebl. In this group we will focus on practicing the basics of Transparent Communication -- the art of seeing and being seen. The topic for each evening will be based upon the felt sense and needs of the group. Some of the practices that could be explored include: Presencing the Current Perception, Creating Space in Contraction, Wholeness, Intimacy, and Developing our Human Instruments. Triads create intimate territory for authentic connection and vulnerable explorations. With this in mind we make space for awkwardness, humor, tears and fears. Sometimes we may feel perfectly seated in this realm and other times feel like we are doing our best to simply stay on board. And, guess what?! ALL is welcome. That is the beauty of Triads in the realm of Transparent Communication.
